The hotel is located in the historical city center, making it a great base for exploring the interesting area. Although the rooms in the high tower have not been renovated yet, they are clean and functional. the breakfast, served just one floor up, offers a good variety of options and provides an excellent view. the staff is friendly and helpful, with at least one person who can speak English.
The hotel's restaurant has a limited menu and is closed on Sundays, which can be inconvenient for dining options within the hotel.

The hotel's location in the historical city center is perfect for exploring Porto Alegre. The recently refurbished building offers good value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, even assisting with currency exchange.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were big, clean, and very nice. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. The location in the historical city center was perfect for exploring this interesting part of the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to transportation and parking facilities made it very convenient for us.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the spacious rooms and the central location of the hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. The central location was convenient for exploring the city and accessing various attractions. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the outdated amenities such as the old TV and noisy air conditioning were a bit disappointing.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city so we could easily visit tourist spots and dine at a restaurant. the breakfast provided a wide variety of food including fresh fruits and juices, and the room was always tidy.
It was noisy at night because of the air conditioning, which was old and needs an upgrade. Although the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, the connection was unstable and needs improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the historical city center was perfect for exploring the area on foot. The recently refurbished building provided enhanced comfort and the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was extremely helpful, especially at the reception where we could easily exchange our money. We also appreciated the room amenities such as air conditioning and the in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The dining area and lounge were cozy and inviting. this place offers great value for money and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
